tap

desired

the
distribution
tap

endpiece

the

or

Pull
the
distribution
tap
handle
completely
toward

The
amount
of
foam
depends
on
how
much
the
glass

Straighten

gradually

the

level

back

foam
reaches
the
glass
edge

When
you
use
a
keg
for

first
time,
you
should
adjust
the
pressure
to
the
desired
value

regulator,
start
drawing
and
then
adjust
the
gas
pressure,
if
necessary.
The
first
two
glasses
may
contain
hardly
any
foam
;
don't
forget
to
let
the
beer
rest
if
you
have
manipulated
the
keg.
Regularly
check
the
glass
support
while
drawing.
Empty
it,
if
necessary.

!
For
health
reasons,
make
sure
that
the
distribution
tap
is
not
plunged
in
the
beer.
In
addition,
beer
residues
on
the

tap
can
hamper
the
formation

For
