Greasy
glass
Do
not
wash
beer
glasses
with
other
glasses
which
have
contained
milk
or

fatty
substances.
Lipstick

greasy
substance.
Make
sure
to
remove
it
from
the
glass.
An
excess
of
germicides
builds
up
and
leaves
a
greasy
film
on
the
glass,
which
can
cause
a
flat
beer.
It
is
preferable
to
clean
glasses
with
steam
and
sterilize
them.
Meticulously
wash
the
glasses
with
a
good
detergent.
Do
not
use
soap.
Do
not
dry
the
glasses.
Let
the
glasses
dry
in
the
open

Beer
drawn
incorrectly
in
the
glass
Open
the
tap
completely
and
rapidly.
Check
and
define
the
right
distance
to
hold

glass

Fans

blowers

air
