WARRANTY POLICY
During the warranty period, you can enjoy the services of
replacement and refunding according to the following policy:
1. 14 days withdrawal period from the day after receipt of the
goods in case of distance selling and depending on the local
regulations. Return costs for problems other than quality are at
the customer’s expense. Please return the product in its original
packaging with all accessories. Please contact your seller before
returning the product.
2. Climsom guarantees the purchaser against any manufacturing
fault for 2 years from the date of purchase. The implementation
of the guarantee will result the only replacement of the
defective product to the exclusion of any other repair.
What is not covered by the warranty:
1. The product has been tampared with, repaired or modified by
non-authorized personnel;
2. Damage (accidental or otherwise) to the product that does
not impact the product’s operation, such as without limitation to
rust, change in color, texture or finish, wear and tear, and
gradual deterioration;
