1 - GENERALIDADES
1.2 ADVERTENCIAS GENERALES
Preliminares
L’ubicación, l’instalación hidráulica, frigorífica, eléctrica y los
conductos de aire deben ser determinados por el diseñador
del sistema, de conformidad con las regulaciones locales.
En La unidad puede actuar sólo personal calificado, según la
regulamentación vigente.
Utilizar la unidad en caso de avería o mal funcionamiento:
•
hace decaer la garantía
•
puede comprometer la seguridad de la máquina
•
puede aumentar los costos y tiempos de reparación.
Atenerse en cualquier operación a las normas de seguridad
locales.
Mantener fuera del alcance de los niños los materiales de
embalaje, ya que son potencialmente peligrosos.
Reciclar y eliminar el material de embalaje de acuerdo a las
normativas locales.
Situaciónes de riesgo
La unidad está diseñada y construida, de modo tal, que no
supone un riesgo para la salud y la seguridad de las
personas.
En fase de proyecto no es posible intervenir en todas la cau-
sas de riesgo.
Leer la sección RIESGOS RESIDUALES que comprende las
situaciones que pueden dar lugar a riesgos para las cosas o
las personas.
Instalación, puesta en servicio, mantenimiento y reparación
requieren conocimientos específicos; si efectuadas por perso-
nal inexperto puede traer daños a cosas o personas.
Utilización
La unidad tendrá que destinarse exclusivamente al uso para
el que se ha concebido:
enfriamiento / calentamiento de agua o agua con glicol para el
acondicionamiento, con los límites previstos por el boletín
técnico y por este manual.
Cualquier otro uso distinto al especificado no implica para el
fabricante ningún compromiso o vínculo de ningún tipo.
Instalación
Comprobar que las características de la red eléctrica sean
conformes a los datos indicados en la placa de matrícula de
la unidad.
Manutención
Proporcionar inspecciones y mantenimiento periódicas para
prevenir y reducir los costos de reparación.
Antes de efectuar cualquier operación de mantenimiento
cortar la alimentación eléctrica de la unidad.
Modificaciónes
Cualquier tipo de modificación inválida la garantía y la respon-
sabilidad del fabricante.
Averías o malfuncionamiento
En caso de averías o malfuncionamiento, apagar la unidad
Recurrir a un centro de asistencia autorizado por el fabricante.
Exigir el uso de piezas de recambio originales.
Formacoión del usuario
El instalador debe instruir al usuario, especialmente acerca
de :
•
paro / marcha
•
modificación set point
•
Funcionamiento en espera
•
Mantenimiento
•
Lo que debe hacer / no hacer en caso de avería
Actualización de los datos
Las continuas mejoras aportadas al producto pueden determi-
nar variaciones de los datos indicados en éste manual.
Consultar la pagina WEB del fabricante para obtener datos
actualizados.
Conservar junto con la unidad el esquema eléctrico en lugar
accesible para el mantenedor.
Anotar los datos identificativos de la unidad para suministrar
al centro de asistencia en caso de petición de intervención o
repuestos (ver la sección IDENTIFICACIÓN DE LA UNIDAD)
Preveer un libro de mantenimiento que permita realizar un
seguimiento de las intervenciones efectuadas en la unidad.
De esta manera será más fácil programar adecuadamente las
diferentes intervenciones y será facilitado un posible análisis
de averías
En caso de avería o malfuncionamiento :
•
Apagar de inmediato la unidad
•
Solicitar asistencia a un centro autorizado.
•
Exigir el uso de piezas de recambio originales.
Pedir al instalador de ser formados de:
•
on/off
•
modificación setpoint
•
Puesta en reposo
•
mantenimiento
•
qué hacer / no hacer en caso de
avería
.
1.3 IDENTIFICACIÓNES PARA EL USUARIO
El manual permite una correcta instalación, uso y
mantenimiento de la unidad.
Preste especial atención a:
ADVERTENCIAS, indican operaciones o informaciónes de
especial importancia
INTERDICCIONES, indican las operaciones que no se puede
hacer, que afecta a la funcionalidad de la máquina o causar
daños a cosas o personas.
•
Leer con atención ahorra tiempo a las distintas operacio-
nes.
•
Seguir las instrucciones con el fin de evitar daños a las
cosas o las personas. Las informaciones preliminares
deben ser leídas antes de antes de cualquier operación
siguiente.
