ENGINE OIL
Even though the oil warning light on the dash should illuminate if oil level is low, engine oil level should be
checked monthly. Vehicle should be on a level surface when checking oil
(Figure 21, Page 27)

FUELING INSTRUCTIONS

For Carryall I, II, Turf II and Carryall II Plus vehicles:
1. Lift and remove seat bottom.
2. The fuel tank is located on passenger side of vehicle. Remove fuel cap and fill the fuel tank with fresh
unleaded gasoline only.

• TURN KEY SWITCH TO THE
OFF
POSITION BEFORE FUELING.
• NEVER ATTEMPT TO POUR GASOLINE INTO THE FUEL TANK WHEN THE ENGINE IS HOT OR
WHILE IT IS RUNNING.
• TO AVOID ELECTRIC ARC CAUSED BY STATIC ELECTRICITY, THE FUEL STORAGE/PUMPING
DEVICE MUST BE GROUNDED. IF THE PUMP IS NOT GROUNDED, THE VEHICLE MUST BE
GROUNDED TO THE PUMP BEFORE AND DURING THE FUELING OPERATION.
• IF THE VEHICLE HAS AN ALL-WEATHER ENCLOSURE INSTALLED, THE GAS TANK MUST BE
PROPERLY VENTED AS SHOWN (FIGURE
22
, PAGE
27
).
• TO AVOID THE POSSIBILITY OF FIRE, BE SURE TO CLEAN UP ANY SPILLED GASOLINE
BEFORE OPERATING THE VEHICLE
.
•
TO ALLOW FOR EXPANSION, DO NOT FILL HIGHER THAN ONE INCH FROM TOP OF THE
FUEL TANK. AVOID FUEL SPILLAGE.
•
DO NOT OVERFILL THE FUEL TANK. AVOID SPILLING FUEL.
