HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To make a warranty claim under this limited warranty, you must present the vehicle or defective
component with evidence of proof of purchase date and number of amp hours (if applicable) to an
authorized Club Car dealer.

FEDERAL EMISSIONS COMPONENT DEFECT WARRANTY
WARRANTY COVERAGE
This emission warranty is applicable in all States in the United States Of America, except the State of
California.
Club Car, LLC(“Club Car”) warrant(s) to the initial retail purchaser and each subsequent owner, that
this Non-road engine (“engine”) has been designed, built, and equipped to conform at the time of
initial sale to all applicable regulations of the United States Of America Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA), and that the engine is free of defects in materials and workmanship which would cause
this engine to fail to conform with EPA regulations during its warranty period.
For the components listed under Parts Covered, the service dealer authorized by Club Car will, at no
cost to you, make the necessary diagnosis, repair, or replacement necessary to ensure that the engine
complies with applicable EPA regulations.
WARRANTY PERIOD
The warranty period for this engine begins on the date of sale to the initial purchaser and continues for
a period of three years.
PARTS COVERED
Listed below are the parts covered by the Emission Components Defect Warranty. Some of the parts
listed below may require scheduled maintenance and are warranted up to the first scheduled
replacement point for that part.
EXHAUST EMISSIONS
• Fuel Metering System
– Throttle Body, carburetor, and internal parts (and/or pressure regulator or fuel injection
system)
– Air/fuel ratio feedback and control system, if applicable
– Cold start enrichment system, if applicable
– Fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator
