UNINTENDED MOVEMENT, ROLLOVERS, OR FALLING OUT
CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH.
• Vehicle to be operated by licensed and authorized persons only.
• Only operate vehicle in compliance with local and state laws.
• Two (2) persons per bench seat maximum.
• Operate from driver's seat only.
• Do not start vehicle until all occupants are fully seated and fasten
seatbelts.
• Drive slowly in turns and straight up and down slopes.
• Remain fully seated while moving.
• Hold on and keep entire body inside vehicle while moving.
• Do not leave children unattended in vehicle at any time.
• Children requiring a child safety seat must not ride in vehicle.
• Never operate under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Never attempt jumps and avoid extreme braking in reverse.
• Use caution when operating vehicle in the presence of higher
speed vehicles, in congested areas, or on unimproved surfaces.
• Do not operate this vehicle in a manner that impedes traffic

• Turn key to “ON” position. Be sure nothing is in your path.

• Slowly press accelerator pedal to increase speed. • To stop, release accelerator pedal and press brake pedal.
• After stopping, firmly set park brake, and place Forward/Reverse switch in NEUTRAL position.
• Turn key “OFF” and remove key when not in use.

Has a maximum speed of greater than 20 miles per hour (mph),
but not greater than 25 mph;
VEHICLE DISCLOSURE

Shall only be operated in the manner and locations permitted by law;

Shall not be operated on a public highway with a speed limit in excess
of 35 mph; provided the maximum posted speed limit for lawful
operation in Maryland is 30 mph, and the limit for Idaho is 25 mph;

May be a hazard on the roadways if it impedes traffic;
•
May subject the driver to citations for impeding traffic;
•
May not be equipped with such safety features as bumpers, a padded
dashboard, visors, or a tamper-resistant odometer.
