Look for two (2) rubber bumpers or pilot holes on the bottom
front horizontal tube (between the two plastic brackets).
If missing, drill a pilot hole on bottom of front horizontal tube with a
5/32" drill bit, 1/2" away from the edge of the plastic bracket.
4.
Attach bumper on each side using one (1) #10 x 1" long torx
head screw.
NOTE: Because the tablet arm assembly places more weight on
the front legs of the chair, these front bumpers are needed when
stacking the chairs with the tablet arm.
