Press the

-button, when the player is turned on, in order to enter the main menu.
Key-functions for the Menus are as follows:

(Next): Next menu option; if you have reached the last menu item, the player will
automatically go forward to the first item.

(Last):
Last menu option; if you have reached the first menu item, the player will
automatically go back to the last item again.
