• Keep the work area clean and tidy, make sure that the cooling of the electric motor is not hindered by debris
blocking the air intake.

Note:
Loosen the the bleed screw (7) 3–4 turns, so that there is a noticeable flow of air when the log splitter
is in operation, otherwise the gaskets in the hydraulic system could be damaged and render the log splitter
inoperable.
• Make sure that the nuts on the ends of the pull rods are tight before operation, otherwise the log splitter
could become damaged.
