Use only sockets and accessories designed to be used with the impact
wrench. Chrome-plated sockets and accessories are only designed for hand tools
and MUST NOT be used for impact wrenches. These can fracture and cause
bodily harm.
• Always unplug the impact wrench before changing sockets. Unintended starts
pose a risk for hand injury.
• The mains lead should be checked regularly. Never use the impact wrench if
the mains lead or plug is damaged.
• If the mains lead is damaged in any way it must be replaced by a qualified electrician.
• Any extension leads used must be designed for outdoor use. Using a non-compliant
extension lead poses a serious danger.
• Protect the impact wrench from rain or moisture.
