Setting the impact force
Set the impact force by turning the selector knob (4).
• Level 1 is for fine or shallow engraving.
• Level 6 is for broader and deeper engraving.
Test the setting on a scrap piece of the same material before working on the real workpiece.
Care and maintenance
• Always unplug the engraver before cleaning it or replacing the tip.
• Clean the exterior of the engraver by wiping it with a damp cloth. Use only mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
• Make sure that the ventilation slots on the motor housing are clean and free from
contaminants.
• If the engraver is not to be used for an extended period, it should be unplugged
and stored in a dry and dust-free location out of reach of children.
Responsible disposal
