1. Introduction
This controller is suitable for controlling up to twenty four (24) DMX-512 units of any type with maximum 32 channels
respectively (scanner, moving head, strobe, etc). The controller’s software can be easily updated via its serial port from any
PC.
2. Installation:
After connecting the power supply, the B.OUT led switch flashes, indicating the controller is in standby mode. After pressing
the B.OUT button, the controller’s leds turn on, and the logging-in text can be seen on the display for a few seconds. The
controller then defaults to automatic mode.
3. Introduction of the operating devices:

1-16 sliders: manual setting of the individual channels of the attached devices and modification of parameter
settings

SLIDER button: slider channel selection button. This button selects whether channels 1-16 are active or channels
17-32 are active. If the LED is flashing, the upper channels are available.

DISPLAY: LCD display with 2x16 characters. Background intensity illumination and contrast can be set up via the
menu. When altering parameters of any attached devices, information about the changes is displayed.

FUNCTION buttons: Programmable buttons, F1-F8.

SPEED slider: sets the program playback speed, ranging from 0.3s-5.0s. The setup is linear between the two limits;
the actual value is shown in the display to the thousandth of a second.

WAIT slider: sets the delay time between program steps from 0.3s-0.5s. With the slider fully down, music mode is
selected. With the slider fully on, steps cease to progress.

DATA ENTRY slider: in automatic mode it operates as a GRAND MASTER and sets the intensity of the dimmer
channels. In the menu it supports retrieving values and positions.

SCROLL WHEELS: in manual mode, the wheels take control of projector mirror or moving head positioning. In
automatic mode, program scene change times can be set up with the PAN disc to between 60.0-200.0bpm k, while
with the TILT disc the frequency of scene shifting can be set up between 1-8.

1-24 buttons: the events in an actual event group can be launched via these buttons (program, sequence, record,
preset, shape). In manual mode they can be used to select individual devices.
