of the app of the control device.
Error Signalling
The DL1 LED lights up with the fixed red colour to signal the following
error conditions:
•
the BTDataKey is switched on, but it results to have been idle for 20 seconds.
This error does not occur if the BTDataKey is in recharge phase;
•
error during data transmission from the System to the BTDataKey. In Coges
payment systems this error is shown by the optional display;
•
the Operator Code (for CL mode) or the IR Security code (for IR mode) set in
the BTDataKey is not correct;
•
malfunctioning of the Key’s firmware;
•
when both the LEDs (DL1 and DL2) are fixed red, the level of battery results
under the minimum level for usage.
When in the BTDataKey result some data pending - that is some data
waiting to be downloaded - the green LED flashes three times with a
pause for 8 times, to indicate the status of the Key to the operator, after
that the device switches off. Proceed with the download before carrying
out a new recording.
Note:
if after about 3 seconds from the error signalling, the BTDataKey does not
result inserted in the Reader (in the CL mode), or is not in recharge phase, it
switches off automatically.
5. At the end of the operation, if everything was successful the data
present in the BTDataKey are deleted. The yellow LED flashes for
some seconds.
6. Disconnect the BLE of the control device. The LED becomes fixed
red before switching off. The data are stored in the memory of the
