Terminate Acct Cause values are supported as follows:

Supported. Indicates that the customer logged
out.

Lost Carrier
Supported. Indicates that the client station is no
longer alive.

Lost Service
Supported. When location-aware is enabled and
a customer switches access points, the CN3000
re-authenticates the customer. If authentication
fails due to timeout, this code is returned.
