9. USABLE LIFE
The appliance is designed for a usable life of 10 (ten) years, if properly installed and maintained according to
manufacturer guidelines.
The filter must be replaced within the time and use limit indicated on the filter itself, and in any event within
12 months.
10. TROUBLESHOOTING
· The appliance will not turn on.
Check that the appliance is plugged into to a working power socket.
Check that the ON/OFF switch is set to ONo
· The appliance does not deliver a lot of sparkling water
Check that the knob on the CO2 regulator is open. Replace the C02 cylinder if necessary.
· The water dispensed is not cold.
Check the temperature setting (paragraph 7.3
· The appliance will no longer dispense water or dispenses very little water.
Check that the appliance is connected to the water supply.
Check that the water supply is pressurised (for example turn on a tap and check that water comes out).
Check that the stopcock is not closed.
Check that the filter has not dispensed more litres that the stated capacity or that the maximum stated time
of use has not passed.
If necessary, try dispensing water after removing the filter.
· After installation, the unit dispenses water that is not very sparkling, almost still.
Wait a few hours after installation: to ensure that the water is fully sparkling, also wait until it is cold. Dispense
a further 1/2 litre of sparkling water, wait until the pump shuts off and repeat this operation.
If the water is not sparkling enough, empty the unit (para. 8.3 and 8.4) and re-install it (para. 3 and 4).
· The pump is always on.

8. DECOMMISSIONING AND DISPOSAL
Dispose of the packaging and used filters according to applicable regulations and special provisions for the
recycling of materials (separate waste collection).
This product complies with Directive 2002/96/EC. The crossed-out rubbish bin symbol shown on
the device indicates that, at the end of its useful life, the product must be collected separately
from household waste. The user is responsible for taking the device to the appropriate collection
centre at the end of its life. Appropriate separate waste collection for subsequent sending of the
disused device for recycling, processing and compatible environmental disposal contributes to
preventing possible negative effects on the environment and favours recycling of the materials
of which the product is composed. For more detailed information about the collection systems available, contact
your local waste disposal service or the shop where the product was purchased.
