Remove the detergent tank (4) by unscrewing the nuts (5)

Remove the battery compartment cover (6) by unscrewing the nuts (7)

Grip the handle at the side of the seat to raise the seat mounting plate, move it to the end of travel
stop

Place the batteries inside the battery compartment using transport and handling equipment suitable
for the weight and size of the batteries
9.
Place the batteries in the battery compartment with the "+" and "-" poles opposite each other
ATTENTION: You are advised to only lift and move the batteries with lifting
and transportation means suitable for the specific weight and size
13. BATTERY CONNECTION AND BATTERY CONNECTORS
1.
Connect the batteries in series to the "+" and "-" poles using the supplied jumper cable
2.
Connect the battery connector cable to the "+" and "-" poles in order to obtain a voltage of 36V at the
connection terminals
3.
Connect the battery connector cable to the machine connector
ATTENTION: you are advised to have the electric connections made by a
qualified, COMAC-trained technician
ATTENTION: you are advised to always wear protective gloves, to avoid the
risk of serious injury to your hands
14. CONNECTING THE BATTERY CHARGER
In order not to cause permanent damage to the batteries it is essential to avoid their complete discharge:
arrange the recharge within a few minutes of the switching on of the flashing "discharged batteries" signal.
ATTENTION: never leave the batteries completely discharged, even if the
machine is not being used. Check the battery charger is suitable for the
batteries installed, in terms of both capacity and type.
