Refer to vehicle owner’s manual to identify the seating locations which
can be used with a car seat. Check for specific instructions for car seat use.
After selecting a seating location, if vehicle seat back is
adjustable, adjust vehicle seat back into most upright
position.
Store LATCH Lower Anchor Belt in LATCH storage
compartment. See “Storage of Lower Anchor Belt”
section.
Remove car seat from base.
Place base rear-facing on vehicle seat with adjustable
recline foot against vehicle seat back

11c. Securing Base With Vehicle Seat Belt - 35 lbs. (16 kg) or less:
• Not all vehicle seat belts can be used with a car seat. Read
vehicle owner’s manual and “Vehicle Seat Belts” section
in this manual.
