2.7 Tagging Calls
Tagging a call allows you to type a brief description of a call that will appear in the Active Calls dialog whenever
the call is highlighted or when it recalls from hold or transfer. It also appears as a description in the Call History
dialog.
To tag a call,
1. While you are on a call, press F5. The Call ID dialog appears.
2. Type a call description and click OK. The call description will now appear in the Call History dialog.

This feature allows other Impact Call users to see your call history.
