Maintenance
It is important to perform regular maintenance of your Fold Power Wheelchair PATRIOT 12 for longevity
and warranty eligibility. Even a little cleaning now and again will go a long way to keep your device looking
and functioning like new.
Certified repair shops with trained professionals who specialize in electric wheelchairs and scooters will
be qualified to perform the service and maintenance on your Fold Power Wheelchair PATRIOT 12 should
it be technician may require parts, which Comfy Go Mobility has available.
We recommend you inspect your Fold Power Wheelchair PATRIOT 12 two or three times per year for in
the following areas:
(1) Frame: Tighten loose screws as necessary using the tool kit included with your Fold Power
Wheelchair PATRIOT 12.
(2) Wheels: Make sure they rotate easily. Significant resistance may require new bearings.
(3) Armrest: Look for excessive wear or if they are loose.
Replacement parts and more major maintenance issues should be done by a professional.

(1) Use batteries that have been supplied by Comfy Go Mobility only; our batteries are special lithium
batteries designed specifically for use in the Fold Power Wheelchair PATRIOT 12.
(2) Read all battery instructions before attempting to change or charge batteries.
(3) When you don’t drive the PATRIOT 12 Portable Electric wheelchair for long time, please charge the
battery every month to avoid the battery “hungry die”, then broken.

Fasteners
Many of the screws, bolts and nuts on the PATRIOT 12 are special high-strength fasteners. Replacing
these fasteners with non-approved parts may cause your Fold Power Wheelchair PATRIOT 12 to result in
faulty operation and may cause harm to you or other people, therefore:
A. Use fasteners that have been supplied by Comfy Go Mobility.
B. Using the tools included with your Fold Power Wheelchair PATRIOT 12, tighten any fasteners that
become loose as soon as possible.

Change and Adjustments
Never use non-Fold Power Wheelchair PATRIOT 12 parts or make changes to your Fold Power
Wheelchair PATRIOT 12 unless authorized in writing by representative from our company. Doing so will
void the warranty and may create a safety hazard.
