Enable
: Enable failover feature
Back to high priority
: If “back to high priority” is checked, the router will go back to the
selected “high priority” WAN interface when available. The priorities can be set to primary,
secondary and third priority. There are four options to choose from: Wired-WAN, Wifi_client,
Cell_mobile, and None.
Host1 to ping / Host2 to ping
:
The domain name or IP address for checking the network
connection.
Ping timeout
: After a ping packet is sent, if the response packet is not received before the
timeout, then this ping has failed.
Max retries
: When the number of failed pings reaches the “Max retries”, this will confirm that
the WAN interface is unavailable.
Interval between pings
: The time between two pings in seconds.
