Used to configure and monitor
the HE4000 internal modulator
and the ASI
transport stream output. When
the initial HE4000 installation
and configuration is begun, the
modulator output (Mod State)
should be turned off until ready
to begin satellite transmission.
Output Bitrate
Set the total transport rate.
● 19392658 bps (default)
This rate cannot be change manually until
SMPTE Mode Bitrate is set to Off.

Program
Program display service active
and audio active.
Example: Programs: 3(HDV, A, B, D) 2(SDV, C)
View only mode. Number represent service ID and
Letters A, B, C, D represent Audios enabled. HDV =
HD video enabled, SDV = SD video enabled. This is
the view of the screen saver after 5 minutes of sitting
idle.
