LIMITED TEN YEAR WARRANTY
Conair will repair or replace, at our option, your appliance free of charge for 120
months from the date of purchase if the appliance is defective in workmanship
or materials.
To obtain service under this warranty, return the defective product to the service
center listed below that is nearest you, together with your sales slip and $7.00 for
postage and handling.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT
LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANT ABILI TY AND FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 120-MONTH
DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CONAIR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY,

Body Analysis Measurement
• Place the scale on a hard, level and flat surface.
• Using your toe, press the button corresponding to your user number.
• The screen will display your user number, gender and "0.0LB".
• The scale is ready to be used.
• Step on the scale barefoot with your feet aligned on the electrodes on the
platform
• A graph winding up in a spiral appears and shows you that the calculation of the
data is in progress. When the end point of the graph gets to the middle, the
calculation is complete.
• The screen then displays your weight, the graph that summarises its change,
then:
- first, the difference in weight related to your last weighing (
∆
Last), the coloured
indicator illustrating this difference as well as you Body Mass Index (‘BMI’)
- then your Body Fat rate (‘BF %’), the coloured indicator illustrating this rate, and
finally the hydration rate (‘BW %’)
• These two series of data are repeated once, and are easily read.
• These data are then automatically saved in the memory of the scale. The scale
will beep to confirm the information has been saved.
• The scale will turn off automatically after a few seconds.
Before Using Scale
Precautions for Use
CAUTION! Use of this device by persons with any electrical implant such
as a heart pacemaker, or by pregnant women, is not recommended.
1. Set scale on floor. Surface must be level for accurate operation and safety.
Weight Measurement Only
To measure weight only:
• Place the scale on a hard, level and flat surface
• Quickly and firmly tap center of scale platform with foot to activate digital display.
• Wait until the screen displays “0.0LB”
• The scale is ready to be used
• Step onto the scale
• A graph will wind up in the spiral while weight is taken.
• Your weight will be displayed on the screen and will remain displayed for a few
seconds
• The scale goes out automatically.
Personal Data Setting Mode
You can program the Ultra-Slim Body Analysis Scale very easily and very quickly. All
you need to do is enter your gender, your height and your age
into the unit’s memory and that’s it! For every future use, the scale will automatically
recall these data to calculate your body mass index, your body fat and your
hydration rate.
Note: This unit records data for 4 users.
Caution: Every time you reprogram the user memory (no. 1, no. 2, no. 3 or no. 4), you
replace the previously saved data.
• When the scale is off, press the button that corresponds to the number of the user
you wish to program and hold for a few seconds. User 1 presses button ‘1’, user
2 presses button ‘2’, user 3 presses button ‘3’ and user 4 presses button ‘4’. You
will hear a ‘beep’ which indicates that you are in ‘Programming’ mode.
• The number corresponding to your user number will appear on the screen.
• The gender icon appears, press the ‘up’ or ‘down’ (‘2’ or ‘3’) buttons to select
then press ‘Set’ (‘1’) to confirm your selection. An audible ‘beep’ will confirm your
selection.
• The height icon (feet/inch:&")flashes and default value of 5:3" appears on the LCD,
press on the ‘up’ or ‘down’ (‘2’ or ‘3’) buttons to select then press ‘Set’ (‘1’) to
confirm your selection. An audible ‘beep’ will confirm
your selection.
• The age icon (AGE) flashes and default value of 30 appears on the LCD, press on
the ‘up’ or ‘down’ (‘2’ or ‘3’) buttons to select then press ‘Set’ (‘1’) to confirm your
selection. An audible ‘beep’ will confirm your selection.
• The scale shows your user number and gender and displays ‘0.0 LB’. It is ready to
use.
Note: The scale turns itself off automatically after a few seconds of non-use.
