USER'S MANUAL
Before first use
Before first use you should wipe the outside and inside of the appliance with a damp cloth for hygiene
reasons.
Ventilation mode
The extracted air is discharged through the flexible outlet duct to the ventilation shaft out of the room. If the
appliance is equipped with a carbon filter,
remove it
(see chapter Cleaning and maintenance).
1. Push button (1) to switch on the appliance.
2. Using buttons (2) and (4) select the required value of the extracted air exhaust output.

4. Push button (1)

to switch the appliance off.
Recirculation mode
If there is no possibility of discharging the extracted air out of the room, you can use the recirculation mode.
In this case, the extracted air is filtered
through the metal fat filters and the carbon filter
. An active carbon
in this filter absorbs the smell. Air, free from the smell, flows back into the room through openings situated in
the upper chimney cover. When the recirculation mode is used,
it is necessary to purchase and install
the
appropriate carbon filters (see chapter Cleaning and maintenance).
1. Push button (1) to switch on the appliance.

Note:
When the recirculation mode is used (carbon filter installed), the extracted air output can drop.
