The device does not charge.
The vacuum cleaner is not turned on
during charging.
Turn on the device.
The vacuum cleaner and base charging
contacts do not touch.
Make sure that the device is fully
touching the charging contacts.
The device is stuck.

on the ground or it is tangled in curtains
or blankets.
The device automatically switches
to the emergency mode. If the
problem persists, the device
requires help manually.
The side brush / main brush is stuck and
the device cannot operate normally.
Clean the brushes of dirt wrapped
around them and restart the
