CAUTION:

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The appliance is only intended for the styling of human hair. Do not use for wigs and animal hair.
Use only on dry and clean hair.
1. Plug in the device.
2. Press the power button and switch on the appliance.
3. Use the + and - buttons to set the desired temperature. The device heats up in a few seconds.
4. Ionization and IR light activate automatically when the device is switched on.
5. Style your hair one strand at a time.
6. When finished, switch the device off using the power button and unplug it from the power
outlet.
Temperature lock function
The display will automatically lock after a few seconds, the lock symbol will appear. To unlock, press
the power button twice.
Automatic shutdown function
This safety function automatically switches off the appliance if left for 30 minutes without
moving.
Lockable hinge
Lock - Press the iron plates together and push the hinge lock/unlock button away from the
straightener. Unlock - Push the hinge lock/unlock button towards the straightener. Do not heat
the device in the locked position.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
CAUTION!
Before each cleaning of the appliance, unplug the power cord from the electrical outlet! Make
sure the appliance has cooled before handling it! To clean the surface of the appliance, use only
a damp cloth, no detergents or hard objects, as they can damage the surface of the appliance!
Never clean the appliance under running water, do not rinse it or immerse it in water!
SERVICE
Extensive maintenance or repair, which requires access to internal parts of the product, has to be
performed by a qualified service centre.
