QUICK DEFROST
The maximum defrost time is 95 minutes� For example, you want to
defrost food for 5 minutes�
1� Turn the MENU/TIME/WEIGHT dial anti-clockwise to select the

3� Turn the MENU/TIME/WEIGHT dial to enter the defrost time�
4� Press START/QUICK START�
Note:
After 2/3 of the defrost time has elapsed, the system will
pause and beep to remind you to turn the food� Then press START/
QUICK START to resume defrosting�
