Selecting the temperature unit ("°C" or "°F")
If not already done, activate the setting mode by pressing the "SET" button, as described in the
beginning of chapter 10.b). The set value for the display contrast flashes. Release the "SET" button.
Briefly press 9x the "SET" button.
At the top of the display, the current selected temperature unit ("°C" or "°F") flashes.
Select the desired temperature unit by pressing the "OUT/+" button.
You can set the unit for the barometric pressure by briefly pressing the "SET" button. If no button is actuated for
approximately 15 seconds, the setting mode is quitted; the setting of the temperature unit is saved.
Selecting the display unit for barometric pressure ("hPa" or "inHg")
If not already done, activate the setting mode by pressing the "SET" button, as described in the
beginning of chapter 10.b). The set value for the display contrast flashes. Release the "SET" button.
Briefly press 10x the "SET" button.
At the top of the display the currently selected barometric pressure display unit ("hPa" or "inHg") flashes.
Select the desired display unit by pressing the "OUT/+" button.
You can set the reference barometric pressure by briefly pressing the "SET" button. If no button is actuated for
approximately 15 seconds, the setting mode is quitted; the barometric pressure display setting is saved.
Relative reference value for barometric pressure
You obtain this value if e.g. in the radio, TV or Internet, a barometric pressure value is indicated in the proximity of
your location.
If not already done, activate the setting mode by pressing the "SET" button, as described in the
beginning of chapter 10.b). The set value for the display contrast flashes. Release the "SET" button.
Briefly press 11x the "SET" button.
In the lower part of the display (underneath the weather icons), the current reference value flashes (set
ex works 1013hPa, = 29.92inHg).
Select the desired value by pressing the "OUT/+" or the "IN" button (press the button longer for a quick setting)
You can set the sensitivity for the weather forecast icons by briefly pressing the "SET" button. If no button is actuated
for approximately 15 seconds, the setting mode is quitted; the setting of the reference value is saved.
