Problem
Possible cause
Possible solution
The microphone does
not work after the
POWER
toggle switch (6)
was turned on.
The power adapter is not plugged into
the mains socket properly.
The power adapter cable is not properly
inserted into the
12V/ DC 500mA
power
input (10) on the device.
The mains socket is not supplied with
electricity.
Check the connections and
ensure that the receiver station
is connected to a power supply.
The receiver station is
switched on but there is
no sound.
The receiver station is not connected to
the audio device properly.
The wrong input was chosen on the
audio device.
Check that all connections
are connected and assigned
correctly.
The transmitter(s) is not switched on.
Switch on a transmitter.
The volume control on the receiver
station or audio device is not set
correctly.
Set the volume correctly.
Audio distortions
The signal amplification on the
connected audio device is not
configured correctly.
Ensure that the amplifier or
mixer are configured correctly.
The wireless
microphone is not
received.
The batteries on the transmitters
(wireless microphones) are empty.
Change the batteries.
There are distortions during signal
transmission, or there is no reception.
The antennas have not been set to the
optimum position.
Try repositioning the antennas.
There are obstacles impairing
transmission (e.g. metal surfaces,
reinforced concrete walls).
The range of the system is exceeded.
There are sources of interference
near the transmitter or receiver station
(radios, computers, strong electric
motors etc.).
Change the position of the
transmitter and receiver station,
or place them closer together.
Audio playback is
intermittent.
A dead spot is impairing transmission.
Avoid dead spots when using
the wireless microphone.
Noise / signal distortion
Another radio appliance is interfering
with the transmission.
Avoid using other devices on the
same frequency band as one or
both of the transmitters.
