The graduated glass that comes with your cooker
rice is used as a reference.
Graduated glass is not a glass of standard
metric measurement.
full glass equals about 160g of rice
uncooked and 160ml of water.

misplaced, use another glass but keep the
same doses for the cooking and make sure
you do not exceed the maximum line of 10
glasses which is indicated in the cooking
bowl:
White rice = 1 cup of water: 1 cup of rice
Brown rice = 1 cup ½ water: 1 cup rice
NOTE:
COOKING FOOD WITH STEAM
Steamed foods retain the most of their nutritional
values when they are cooked in the rice cooker.
Food can be steamed if you place them in the
steam tray over a broth or water and covering
them with the aid of glass lid. Leave the glass lid
when cooking food with steam except if the
recipe states that you must remove it. In
removing the lid unnecessarily, the steam is lost
and the cooking time is lengthened.
1.Take a maximum of 3 cups of water or broth in
the removable cooking bowl
.
2.Place foods to steam directly on the steam tray
