Food hygiene guidelines
Beer is a natural product that can degrade on contact with the air; the beer
dispenser must therefore remain clean to maintain an excellent level of
beer quality and prevent the growth of mold or bad odors.
IMPORTANT
Before starting a new keg of beer, check its expiry date and the expiry date
after opening written on the keg of beer. Exceeding these dates may
expose you to the risk of food poisoning.
Always clean the outside of the beer dispenser, the drip tray and the grill
after each use with a damp cloth.
Clean the accessories of the beer dispenser after each use.
For hygiene reasons, the extension tube must be rinsed after each use
and must be changed at the installation of each new drum.
If the beer dispenser does not work properly, refer to the Troubleshooting
Guide below. You will find a list of small problems that can be easily
solved.
