Control descriptions
A)
Start button "I"
Press button to start rotation of rolls.
Starting can occur only with Plexiglas protection
closed.
B)
Stop button "O"
Press button to stop rotation of rolls.
C)
Warning light "tension on"
Indicates that machine is in operation.
D) Stop bar knob
Easily allows to find the desired thickness because it
adjusts the stop bar of the mobile roll.
E) Pasta thickness adjusting lever
Allows pasta thickness adjustment.
Clockwise rotation: thickness increases.
Counterclockwise rotation: thickness decreases.
Machine use
After preparing the dough:
•
Start the machine by pressing the start button

; start up occurs only if the Plexiglas protection cover
is closed.
•
Adjust thickness with proper lever; clockwise rotation increases thickness, counterclockwise decreases
it.
•
Put the dough roll into the machine by laying it on the infeed chute; dough roll thickness must not
exceed 2 cm.
•
Take out the dough roll from the bottom chute.
•
If a thinner thickness is desired, repeat the operation over again.
•
At the end of operation, stop the machine by pressing the stop button
"0"
