Filter Insert Care & Use (continued)
NOTE: The filter will fit tightly into the filter compartment. To remove or
replace the filter first ensure the filter is wet, as this will be much easier.
Then, hold the filter at an angle or upside down and shake the used filter
into your hand or sink.

After inserting your filter into the filter compartment and securing the
top and bottom, make sure the lid is removed and place the filter
compartment into your pitcher. Secure the filter into the pitcher as
shown below. Secure the filter in place by turning the filter clockwise
once in the pitcher.

After the filter compartment is secure, your filtration system is
now ready to be used.
•
Slowly pour water over the filter compartment, making sure to
not overflow the filter compartment.
NOTE: During the first few uses the water may filter slowly through
the filter.
