Before Placing Poultry 

Remove giblets, pat dry and season.  

Spray accessories with cooking oil. 

Position the poultry over the top rack. 

The legs and wings should hang downward 

on the top rack.  

The heating element will be through the 

heating element cover.  

Insert the rack remover hook into the 

hole of the heating element cover to lift 

the food.

Before Placing Meats 

Thaw the meat before beginning cooking.  

Put the meat on a cutting board surface 

and cut an X shape slit so that the meat 

can fit through the heating element 

cover.  

Season the meat. Spray accessories with 

cooking oil. 

Place the meat over the heating element 

cover. 

Insert the rack remover hook into the 

hole of the heating element cover to lift 

the food.
