Unpack your CoolJarz VisiBowlz
B-1 Sealing Machine

Place the machine in a work area with a sturdy table and approximately four feet of room on
each side
3.
Plug the machine into 110-volt, 15-amp wall socket
4.
Do not place your hands, or fingers, or objects into the Slide area. The CoolJarz B-1 is equipped
with a safety slide censor located directly in front of the Slide. This safety slide censor when
activated shuts the machine off.

The red Emergency button located on the lower right-
hand corner, labeled “Emergency”, will
stop the machine when hit or pressed. The button stays pressed until the operator turns the
button to clockwise. After the button is released the machine will start again.
To operate the machine, press the red Power button located on the lower right-hand corner of the
control panel. If the machine beeps, turn the Emergency button clock-wise. That will release the red
Emergency button located on the lower right-hand side of the machine.
SETTINGS
P1:
Press settings one time for P1. P1 will appear on the left side panel and your temperature on the
right-side panel. A good starting point for temperature is approximately 195 degrees Celsius. Wait 15
minutes for machine to heat to its proper temperature.
P3:
Press the settings three times for P3. This will be the amount of time the machine takes to seal the
jar. A good starting point is 020 (two seconds). Adjust this by increasing or decreasing with the center
arrows located on the top of the control panel. Increase the time by pressing the up arrow as desired.
Decrease the time by pressing the down arrow. You should never have to go over 030 (or three
seconds). Most customers run 015-020.
The Manual Start (black) button located directly at the center of the control panel will allow you to do
one jar every time you press it. When this button is pressed, a yellow hand will pop up under the
counter. Place a jar into the Slide, remove your hands and press the Manual Start Button.
The Auto Switch if pressed, allows the machine to run in automatic mode. When this button is pressed,
a green sprocket will appear on the lower left-hand side of the LED counter.
Counter re-set. This black button when pressed will re-set the LED counter located on the left side of
the control panel. Press the counter button one time to re-set the counter to 000.
To run the machine, make sure you are either in Manual or Automatic mode, then place a clear film
right-side up (so you can read the print) onto the ledge of the jar. Then place the jar into the sealer
Slide.
Place the jar into the Slide and press Manual if you are in the manual mode. If you are in the automatic
mode, place the jar into the Slide and remove your hands and fingers.
