Troubleshooting Guide
STORAGE
If storing Pole Pruner for more than 30 days, follow steps below.
• Remove and clean guide bar and chain. Clean guide bar and chain by soaking
in petroleum based solvent or mild soap and water mixture.
• Dry guide bar and chain.
• Place chain in container filled with oil. This will prevent rust.
• Wipe a thin coating of oil over surface of guide bar.
• Wipe off outside of Pole Pruner body. Do this with soft cloth dampened with a
mild soap and water mixture.
Store Pole Pruner
• In a high or locked place, out of children’s reach.
• In a dry place, indoors, frost free.
• With scabbard over guide bar.
TRANSPORTATION
Always transport with the blade covered. Ensure the unit is upright so that the oil
will not spill out. Ensure the unit is in a secure place where children can not
reach or access.

This product is designed for domestic use only and guaranteed as such against
faulty workmanship for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. Your
statutory rights remain unaffected.
