CALIBRATING THE GEAR
This procedure requires the Zero Point Calibration
tool PN 740-8607. If lost, replacements can
be ordered from Core Connect, see Support &
Service for contact information.
1.
Tap the
and
buttons
simultaneously then tap the
button to
enter Maintenance Mode.
2.
Press the
button until
GEAR
is shown
in the message center then press the
button.
3.
If the value in the message center reads
ON
Press the
button to switch to
OFF
then press the
button to save the
change.
4.
Return to the Maintenance Mode main
menu.
5.
Press the
button until
GEAR CAL
is
shown in the message center then press
the
button.
6.
Slide the red calibration tool onto the flywheel
between the first magnets.
7.
Tighten the brake knob
by turning clockwise until there is contact with the tool as shown.
8.
Press the
button to complete the calibration.
CAL COMPLETE
will show in the message center.
9.
The
GEAR
option can now be turned back to
ON
in Maintenance Mode.

crank are on the support site. 4iiii app required for crank firmware updates.

is shown in the message center then press the
button to begin
the pairing process.
3.
Spin the crank to activate it for the pairing process then turn it so that the left crank is at the 6 o’clock
position (pedal down) then press the
button
4.
If calibration is successful the message center will show
CAL COMPLETE
, otherwise it will display
CAL FAIL
. To repeat the calibration process, press the
button or press the
button to exit
calibration.

During calibration the bike cannot be touched or ridden or the calibration will fail.
