Turn off the machine and check the mains voltage.
Contact technical service if necessary.
“TOE”: “TIME-OUT-ENCODER” SIGNAL.
THIS APPEARS WHEN THE CARD DOES NOT RECEIVE SIGNALS FROM THE
ENCODER FOR TWO SECONDS AFTER RESETTING TO 26 INCHES.
It may be necessary to replace the actuator, the card or the encoder cable.
Contact technical service if necessary.
“ENC”: “ENCODER” SIGNAL.
THIS APPEARS WHEN THE CARD DOES NOT RECEIVE SIGNALS FROM THE
ENCODER DURING THE PHASE OF RESETTING TO 26 INCHES.
It may be necessary to replace the actuator, the card or the encoder
cable. Contact technical service if necessary.
IN THE CASES OF “TOE” AND “ENC” THE MACHINE SWITCHES TO MANUAL MODE,
MAKING IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSLATE THE WHEEL SUPPORT ONLY IF THE INCREASE
OR DECREASE BUTTON IS HELD DOWN
It may be necessary to replace the actuator, the card or the encoder cable.
Contact technical service if necessary.
“EFC”: “END OF STROKE ERROR” SIGNAL:
THIS APPEARS WHEN THE X AND Y AXIS END OF STROKE MICROSWITCHES
DO NOT WORK.
Check the connection of the end of stroke microswitches and check if one of
them is broken. Contact technical service if necessary.
“ROT”: INCORRECT ROTATION DIRECTION SIGNAL:
THIS APPEARS WHEN THE ENCODER CHANNELS ARE CONNECTED BACK-
WARDS; INVERT THE CONNECTIONS.
Invert the encoder power supply cable poles.
Contact technical service if necessary.
“STP”: SWITCHING COMMANDS TO MANUAL.
When the machine is turned on, by pressing any key it is possible to block the
resetting movements and switch to manual commands. This may be necessary in the
case of crushing dangers or hazards.
“EFR”:
END OF STROKE RESET ERROR SIGNAL
THIS APPEARS WHEN TURNING ON THE MACHINE TOGETHER WITH AN
ACOUSTIC SIGNAL IF THE RESET MICROSWITCH IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.
The machine switches automatically to manual and it is possible to move the gear unit
only towards the head. The machine must be restarted to verify if the error was elimina-
ted - Contact technical service if necessary
