INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
ATTENTION
Never use the bead pressing arm to break the bead of the tyre or for any other pur-
poses not described below.
a) Use the handle
A
to bring the bead pressing arm into position on the side of the
wheel.
b) Set the extension of the rod (fig.9) to suit the distance from the wheel.
c) Use the control lever
B
to lower the pad onto the shoulder of the tyre about 20-25 mm
from the rim (fig. 10).
d) Press on the shoulder of the tyre until the bead is brought to the same height as the
well of the rim (fig.11).
e) Lower the upper bead breaker to create a second aid for insertion of the bead into
the well of the rim (fig. 12)
f) Press the rotation pedal (1st speed is recommended) to start mounting the tyre, and
once it is 3/4 mounted, lift the pad of the bead breaker arm and the bead breaker off
the shoulder of the tyre to eliminate all stresses (fig. 13).
