bead breaker disc on the lower part of the
tyre.
- Upon demounting, if the tyre tends to
slip on the rim edge, the HELP accessory
supplied can be used (see “PRACTICAL
HINTS, ADVICE AND USEFUL INFORMA-
TION”).

10 • Lower bead demounting (fig. 23)
(Using tool-carrying head)
- Place the tool on the edge of the rim (A).
- Push the bead breaker disc against the
bottom bead (B) using control 23.
- Using control 28, operate the hook and
engage the bottom bead of the tyre (C-D).
- Operate pedal 15 to rotate the wheel until
the tyre is completely demounted from
the rim (E).

11 • Lower bead demounting (fig. 24)
(Quick system when possible)
- Operate control 23 and raise the bottom
bead of the tyre (A) until it is level with
the top bead of the rim (B).
- Command disc penetration by pressing
push-button (26)
- Start wheel rotation (pedal 15) and at
the same time raise the disc by tapping
