TO PUT A CALL ON LOCAL HOLD
While on a call, press the HOLD button, the LED flashes and the call
is on local hold. Place the handset on hook, the HOLD indicator
remains on while the call is on local hold.
To return to the call on hold:
Lift the handset or if the handset is off-hook, press the HOLD button,
the LED will go off and the call is no longer on hold.
TO STORE NUMBERS IN ONE-TOUCH MEMORY
LOCATIONS
Lift the handset, you will receive dial tone. Press the STORE button
and dial the number (16 digits maximum). If desired press the
PAUSE button during dialing to insert a two-second pause in the
number sequence. Then press the STORE button again and press
desired memory location button (push button dial 0-9, M1, M2, or
M3) and place the handset on hook, or press the STORE button to
continue storing numbers.
TO DIAL STORED NUMBER
To dial the stored numbers in the 10 two-touch memory
locations:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press the recall button.
3. Dial location (push button 0-9)
To dial the stored numbers in the 3 single-touch memory
locations:
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press memory location button (M1, M2, or M3).
