How to Start? 

Power The required main power is 220 - 240 VAC.

  All field display initial value 0 and no flash

 NORMAL

  Press “START” key, the motor will run after the countdown of 3 seconds. The initial speed is 1.0km/h,

  TIME countdown mode

  In the stop state, press the “MODE” key, the time digit field will flash and the time window will light. 

¾

  Press “SPEED+/SPEED-”key to adjust the setting value. 

¾

  Press “START” key, the motor will run after the countdown of 3 seconds. The initial speed is 1.0km/h. 

¾

    After countdown finished, the speed would stop slowly (All the values will not change during this time) 

with 5 times alarm sound (one time/sec).

  CAL countdown mode

  In the stop state, press “MODE” key , calories digit field will flash , the CAL window will light

  Press “SPEED+/SPEED-” key to adjust the setting value.

  Press “START” key, the motor will run after the countdown of 3 seconds. The initial speed is 1.0km/h.

  After countdown finished, the speed would stop slowly (All the values will not change during this time) 

with 5 times alarm sound (one time/sec).

  DST countdown mode

  In the stop state, press “MODE” key, distance digit field light will flash, the DIST window will light.

  Press “SPEED+/SPEED-” key to adjust the setting value.

  Press “START” key, the motor will run after the countdown of 3 seconds. The initial speed is 1.0km/h.

  After countdown finished, the speed would stop slowly (All the values will not change during this time)

  After start, press “MODE” key, 15MIN, 30MIN, 45MIN display the set program, The time window will 

flash.

  Press “SPEED+/SPEED-” key to adjust the setting value.

  Press “START” key, the treadmill will run according to the setting speed of PROGRAM.

  After countdown finished, the speed would stop slowly (All the values will not change during this time)
