LOCATION:
IMPORTANT NOTE: This system has been designed to be installed as a free standing
unit and should be located on a suitable, structurally sound and stable floor of
concrete or similar non-combustible material. The entire system containing water at
normal operating level, without the client, weighs approximately 282 lbs (128 kg). It
is recommended that a structural engineer be consulted prior to locating the system
in a facility, to ensure the floor support is suitable.
THE MAXIMUM ALLOWANCE INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT IS 300 (136 kg)LBS.
PLUMBING CONNECTIONS:
All connections to water supply and waste line should be made by a licensed plumber in
accordance with local and national plumbing codes.
Hot and cold supply connections are made by means of 3/4 inch (19 mm) compression
fittings provided. Incoming supply connections should be made in accordance with local
and national plumbing code requirements (See Photo #2 below).
IMPORTANT: Before connecting the hot and cold water to the FACILITY’S WATER
SUPPLY system, first purge the supply water to ensure all grit and waste is purged
from the inbound plumbing.
FAUCET / SALT WATER PRECAUTIONS
It is not recommended to run salt water through the system’s faucet (tapware) set. If the faucet
is connected directly to a salt water supply, it is essential that a fresh water flushing system
is also provided. This will ensure that the internal components of the faucet are flushed with
fresh water after being exposed to salt water (for further details, contact your distributor).
