Replacement of Consumable Parts
(5) Mount a new oxygen sensor unit to the place where the old
oxygen sensor unit was mounted. Adjust the position of the
new oxygen sensor based on reference position (A ) shown
in the illustration.
(6) Mount the top cover to the previous position. Route the
motor wire as shown in the illustration.
(7) Turn ON the Gas Detector and confirm that the warm-up screen changes to the gas concentration
screen. If Err-1 is displayed, the sensor unit may not have been mounted correctly. Recheck that
the sensor unit is correctly in place.
(8) Close the tip of the attachment of the gas sampling hose and check that the motor sound of the
pump disappears and that Err-P is displayed. If Err-P is not displayed, the sensor packing may not
have been attached. Open the top cover and check again.
●
If Err-P is not displayed after several checks, wear and tear of the packing or malfunctioning of
the pump unit may be considered. Contact your New-Cosmos Electric representative for repairs.
(9) When finished, replace the gas detector into the case, part No.3620584053, and zip it shut before
entering the hazardous location.
