THE CABINET MUST NOT BE EXPOSED OR USED OUTSIDE THE STORE. IT MUST BE PROTECTED
FROM THE ELEMENTS. THE TOP SURFACE OF THE CABINET MUST STAY FREE.
THE CABINET IS NOT AIMED FOR USE BY PERSONS WITH REDUCED PHYSICAL, SENSORY OR MEN-
TAL CAPACITIES, OR BY PERSONS NOT POSESSING THE REQUIRED EXPERIENCE OR KNOWLEDGE,
UNLESS THEY ARE SUPERVISED BY A PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR SAFETY AND THEY HAVE THE
RELEVANT EQUIPMENT INSTRUCTIONS AT HAND. SURVEILLANCE MUST BE EXERCISED ON CHIL-
DREN IN ORDER TO STOP THEM FROM PLAYING WITH THE EQUIPMENT.
THE POWER CORDS MUST BE PROPERLY SPREAD OUT, SAFE FROM SHOCKS AND FAR FROM
LIQUIDS, WATER AND HEAT SOURCES, AND THEY MUST NOT BE DAMAGED. THE USE OF ADAP-
TOR PLUGS IS FORBIDDEN. IF THE POWER CORD IS DAMAGED, HAVE IT REPLACED BY THE MANU-
FACTURER, BY THE AFTER-SALES SERVICE OR BY A PROFESSIONAL WITH SIMILAR QUALIFICATIONS.
ENSURE THAT THE POWER SUPPLY VOLTAGE MEETS THE DETAILS ON THE RATING PLATE OF THE
CABINET. THE CABINET MUST BE PROPERLY CONNECTED TO THE EARTHING SYSTEM OF THE
BUILDING. BEFORE PERFORMING ANY JOBS ON THE CABINET, DISCONNECT IT FROM THE
POWER SYSTEM OR TURN THE MASTER SWITCH OFF.
THE EQUIPMENT AND THE CONDENSER MUST ONLY BE INSTALLED BY THE MANUFACTURER’S
AFTER-SALES PERSONNEL OR BY A PROFESSIONAL WITH EQUIVALENT QUALIFICATIONS.
DO NOT DAMAGE THE REFRIGERATING CIRCUIT: IT IS FORBIDDENT TO PIERCE OR DRILL THE
INTERNAL OR EXTERNAL WALLS OF THE CABINET IN ANY WAY (E.G. FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A
CABINET TOP), AS THIS COULD DAMAGE THE EVAPORATOR PIPING.
DO NOT SPEED UP THE DEFROSTING PROCESS BY THE USE OF MECHANICAL DEVICES OR OTHER
MEANS NOT RECOMMENDED BY THE MANUFACTURER.
ONLY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL IS ALLOWED TO REMOVE PANELS OR GUARDS, AND ESPECIALLY
THE ELECTRIC BOARD COVER, WHEN THE USE OF TOOLS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS PURPOSE.
ENSURE THAT THE AIR SLOTS AT THE BASE OF THE CABINET ARE FREE AND OPEN. DO NOT USE
DIRECT OR INDIRECT WATER JETS ON THE CABINET. DO NOT TOUCH THE EQUIPMENT WITH
DAMP OR WET HANDS OR FEET; DO NOT USE IT WHILE BAREFOOT.
NEVER EXCEED THE LOAD LIMIT OF 160 kg/sq.m FOR SHELVES AND 225 kg/m² FOR BASE DECK
PLATES.
UNDER ADVERSE CONDITIONS, A STROKE OF LIGHTNING ON THE POWER LINE OR NEAR THE
SYSTEM COULD CAUSE THE LAMPS TO GO OUT AND REQUIRE POWER TO THE LAMPS TO BE
SWITCHED OFF AND BACK ON.
