5. Connection Instability
Bluetooth connection stability depends on both Transmitting Terminal (devices) and
Receiving Terminal (earbuds) and Surrounding as well. Check followings for connection
instability:
5.1 Transmitting Terminal Capacity
Consider this especially on older devices or devices have common antenna for both
bluetooth and Wifi. Try the earbuds on a new model devices if available, Or disable Wifi
function to get better connection.
5.2 System Incompatibility
Try the earbuds on another device if available.
5.3 Reset Network Settings
Consider this if the device get too many memory of network (especially for Android system)
and give a “Reset Network Settings”.
5.4 The impacts of surroundings
Make sure there is no strong electromagnetic interference
Make sure there is no solid barrier like iron walls, doors, etc.
Make sure the device antenna is not covered by solid stuff especially metal.
6. Wearing Security
Since people have different ear shapes, try different eartips (size, material) if the wearing
security is not perfect.
7. Others
Don’t wear the earbuds continuously for more than 6 hours or extremely high volume to
protect ears.
