3. As shown in figure D6 and D7: the tightness of the brake can be adjusted
by adjusting the handlebar position nut and the brake nut.
4. When the sleeve inside the 8-inch wheel assembly is not centered, a
screwdriver or hexagon wrench can be used to make it concentric with the
bearing and then M8 screw can be used to tighten and fix it, as shown in
figure D8/D9/D10.
