ASSEMBLY PREPARATION
Parts are located throughout the shipping carton, including underneath the griddle. Inspect the unit, parts, and hardware blister
pack after removing from the protective shipping carton. Discard all packaging materials from inside and outside of the griddle
before assembly, then review and inspect all parts by referencing the parts list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt
to assemble. Shipping damage is not covered under warranty. Contact your dealer or Country Smokers® Customer Care for parts.

IMPORTANT: To ease installation, using two people is helpful (but not necessary) when assembling this unit.
Tools required for assembly:
screwdriver and wrench.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: For all of the following steps, do not tighten any screws completely until all screws for that step have been
installed. Once all screws have been installed, then tighten them securely.
1. MOUNTING THE CART LEG BRACKETS
Parts Required:
1 x Firebox
(#1)
3 x Cart Leg Bracket
(#9)
1 x Cart Leg Bracket - Front/Right
(#10)
8 x Screw
(#A)
Installation:
• Place a piece of cardboard on the floor to prevent scratching the unit
and parts during assembly. Spread out all parts. Flip the Firebox so it is
on its side (control knobs up) or upside-down.
• Attach the flush side of the Front/Right Cart Leg Bracket to the front-
right corner of the Firebox, aligning the two holes. Secure using two
screws. The screws will mount into the nuts pre-mounted on the
inside of the Firebox.
• Repeat same installation of the other three Cart Leg Brackets to the
other corners of the Firebox.

Eight of the nuts (closest to the hot plate) are pre installed for your convenience.
Attach the legs (6), (7), (8) and (9) in the order as shown to the leg bracket installed
in STEP 1 using screws (D), washers (B) and nuts(C) as shown below.
