The “Creation Notes” section is a text entry box at the right side of the Method Editor screen in which the user may enter, for
example, descriptive text relating to the method being created. This field may be left blank if the user so chooses.

4.2
Creating Methods using Repeat Function
The Repeat function is used when one or more treatment, delay, or prompt steps are to be applied to each row of the plate multiple times.
There are two scenarios for how this may need to be performed, and the required scenario determines how the repeat function is
implemented.
In Scenario A, all treatment (delay or prompt) steps are applied to the first row, the number of times specified in the repeat bar, then all steps
are applied to the next row. This continues until all rows in the plate are treated.
Scenario A is used if each row requires one or more acoustic doses, but there is no need for resting the sample between doses.
