4. How to use the Coverbind 101DFS

Following are the most important parts of the machine that you should be familiar with. The four (4)
steps to complete a binding, are also shown on the labels located on the top of the machine.

Input bay

Cover selector

Display

Control buttons

Indicator lights

Output tray

Jam clearance door

Start the machine by pressing on

The display asks you to measure the thickness of
the set.

MEASURE DOCUMENT
SEE PICTURE 1

Measure the thickness of the set of papers to be
bound, by inserting the short side of the set into
the cover selector.

The recommended cover size (spine width) is
shown on the display.
